When you book a room at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino using the Gold Coast's website or any of Coast Casinos' websites, you are guaranteed to get the lowest published Internet rate available for our property on the web. We promise that if you do find a lower published rate on one of our rooms, we will match that rate.

How does it work?

1. If you find a lower published rate online prior to or within 24 hours of booking your room, simply call one of our reservations agents at 1-888-402-6278 or 702-367-7111.
2. The reservations agent will ask you where you found the lower rate online.
3. While on the telephone with you the reservations agent will check that the online rate you found meets all of the terms and conditions of Gold Coast's Best Rate Guarantee. They will verify that the rate is viewable and bookable by the general public; that the rate is for the same room type; for the same dates; for the same number of guests; and for the same length of stay.
4. If the rate is lower than the Gold Coast's Internet rate and meets the terms and conditions, the Gold Coast will gladly match it.
