Audio Visual Equipment
PLEASE NOTE: Guest is offered one (1) complimentary standing lectern and one (1) standard lectern microphone in Ballrooms only. Lecterns and microphones are not available in Conference Room.
Arrangements for telephone service must be made a minimum of 15 days prior to the meeting date to insure service. An early bird discount of $25.00 will apply if confirmed 30 days prior to the Event
Audio/Visual Labor Charge (One hour minimum): $45/hr
A/V equipment is reserved on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
Additional charges may apply if equipment must be obtained from an outside supplier. Outside vendor prices may vary from the above prices and are subject to delivery and pick-up fees.
Any audio/visual equipment not provided by the Gold Coast Catering Department is subject to a service charge, consisting of one-half of the full day rental.
